These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to all orders placed through the LP Beauty Pro online store, accessible at https://lpbeautypro.com.
By placing an order on our online store, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

2. Products
LP Beauty Pro offers professional products, particularly for beauty and nail professionals.
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly in colour or appearance depending on the customer’s screen.
Some products are intended exclusively for professional use. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product purchased is suitable for their level of expertise and intended use.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in CHF and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are indicated separately during the checkout process and before the final confirmation of the order.
LP Beauty Pro reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
4. Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart.
Before completing the order, the customer may review and modify the information entered.
The order becomes final once payment has been successfully confirmed.
An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
LP Beauty Pro reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a payment issue, an obvious pricing error, exceptional product unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated.
LP Beauty Pro uses secure payment service providers. LP Beauty Pro does not store the customer’s banking information when payment is processed directly by an external payment provider.
6. Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination and circumstances beyond LP Beauty Pro’s control.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer, any additional delivery costs may be charged to the customer.
7. Checking the Order Upon Delivery
The customer is advised to check the condition of the package and products immediately upon receipt.
In the event of a damaged, missing or incorrect product, the customer should contact LP Beauty Pro as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of the package and the product concerned.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted to LP Beauty Pro by email within this 14-day period and before any product is returned.
Unless the return concerns a defective product or an incorrect delivery, returned products must be in their original condition, unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products that have been opened, used or unsealed may not be eligible for return.
Personalised products or products specially ordered for the customer may also be excluded from returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to an error by LP Beauty Pro or a defective product.
9. Defective Products
If a product is defective, the customer should contact LP Beauty Pro as soon as possible, providing the order number and, where necessary, photographs or any other information required to assess the issue.
After reviewing the situation, LP Beauty Pro may offer, in accordance with applicable legal requirements, a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate solution.
10. Liability
LP Beauty Pro cannot be held responsible for improper use of products or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
The customer is responsible for using the purchased products correctly.
For professional products, the customer must follow the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and safety recommendations.
LP Beauty Pro shall not be held liable for damage resulting from improper use, modification of a product or failure to follow safety instructions.
11. Intellectual Property
All texts, photographs, logos, graphics, visual elements and other content available on the LP Beauty Pro website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use without prior authorisation is prohibited.
12. Data Protection
Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data may be used in particular to process orders, arrange deliveries, manage payments and communicate with customers.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, subject to any mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
